Hi!  I'm Erin founder of Mor Maternity and mother to three little boys.  I’m a creator by nature and I love solving problems. So after 5 pregnancies (3 births and 2 miscarriages) I realized maternity wear really was in need of an upgrade.

During my pregnancies I longed for beautifully designed clothes that supported my changing body, were comfortable, and I didn’t have to prioritize style over ethics. I thought maybe with my background and experience I could do something. ⁠

I’ve worked my whole career in fashion. Went to design school and worked at a few of the "big" fashion companies in New York. After having my second child I realized my priorities had totally shifted. Not only did my family come first but I only wanted to create and design things which were going to make the world a more beautiful place, a place I could proudly pass down to my children. I spent the next few years learning as much as I could about sustainability and ethics in fashion and finding the people who were the leaders in this arena.

I still have a ton to learn and everyday there are new innovations in sustainability, which is so inspiring! ⁠ ⁠ Starting a small business is a scary journey, much like motherhood. I'm new to this and will probably make a few mistakes along the way but I hope you join me on this journey! ⁠ ⁠
